The award winning Kylesku Hotel Restaurant specialises in fresh local produce, with the emphasis being more on 'food metres' then 'food miles'. Creel caught langoustines, crabs, lobsters are landed daily on the slipway outside the hotel. In addition, the restaurant features produce from the surrounding crofts, such as rare breed pork, hogget, lamb in addition to salads and vegetables from 'Croft 16'. We also serve interesting vegetarian and vegan dishes. The views from the architect designed restaurant are simply stunning. Service is friendly, yet informal.
